Anna Bartholemy, nutritionist and personal trainer encourages individuals to develop lifelong relationships with exercise and nutrition. According to Bartholemy, exercise and eating well are two things that can be controlled, helping you reach your full potential.

With the help of a dietitian making the necessary changes to improve eating habits can have long term effects. Poor eating habits are associated with major health risks that can cause illness. These include heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and certain types of cancer.

Anna Bartholemy, personal trainer and nutritionist promotes exercise.

The risk factors for adult chronic diseases, like hypertension and type 2 diabetes, are increasingly seen in younger ages, often a result of unhealthy eating habits and increased weight gain. Dietary habits established in childhood often carry into adulthood, so teaching children how to eat healthy at a young age will help them stay healthy throughout their life. By making smart food choices, you can help protect yourself from these health problems.

As a personal trainer, Bartholemy uses her body’s technology to train better; making her an expert in the world of fitness. She offers the following services:

Get Started Session (90 minute appointment): Set personal fitness goals, complete a fitness evaluation (optional), and design an individualized exercise program to fit your unique needs. This is accomplished by walking participants through each exercise instructing proper form and technique ensuring comfort and workout is completed correctly.

Individual Sessions (60 minute appointments): Individual sessions focus specifically on the individual’s fitness goals and needs. It’s a great follow-up to the “Get Started” appointment, it advances the program, learn new exercises, and have the accountability of a personal trainer working with the individual to help reach fitness goals.

Partner Training (2 individuals): Partner training allows participants to exercise with a friend. Trainers can design a program that is both catered to both participants’ goals while flexible enough to be continued in the future.

Small Group Training (3-6 individuals): Small Group Training allows up to five friends to pitch in together. With small group training, you can work towards building exercise adherence through social group exercises.
