Get Started Session (90 minute appointment): Set personal fitness goals, complete a fitness evaluation (optional), and design an individualized exercise program to fit your unique needs. This is accomplished by walking participants through each exercise instructing proper form and technique ensuring comfort and workout is completed correctly.
Individual Sessions (60 minute appointments): Individual sessions focus specifically on the individual’s fitness goals and needs. It’s a great follow-up to the “Get Started” appointment, it advances the program, learn new exercises, and have the accountability of a personal trainer working with the individual to help reach fitness goals.
Partner Training (2 individuals): Partner training allows participants to exercise with a friend. Trainers can design a program that is both catered to both participants’ goals while flexible enough to be continued in the future.
Small Group Training (3-6 individuals): Small Group Training allows up to five friends to pitch in together. With small group training, you can work towards building exercise adherence through social group exercises.
Body Composition test: A 3 skin fold body fat test with education regarding results (3-5% error).
